Jamna Auto sets record date for fiscal 2025 final dividend

Jamna Auto Industries Ltd. announced that Thursday, September 18, 2025, has been fixed as the record date for determining the entitlement of members to the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. This decision follows a recommendation by the board of directors on May 30, 2025, for a final dividend of ₹1.10 per equity share of ₹1 each.

The recommended final dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting scheduled for Thursday, September 25, 2025. If approved, the dividend payment will be made within 30 days from the date of its declaration. Entitlement applies to members whose names appear in the company's register or as beneficial owners in the lists furnished by National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited as of the record date.
