ISGEC Heavy Engineering revises dividend record date due to holiday

ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd. has revised its dividend record date from Monday, September 08, 2025, to Tuesday, September 09, 2025. This change was necessitated by the Reserve Bank of India's declaration of a clearing/settlement holiday on September 08, 2025. The National Stock Exchange of India Limited also requested the adjustment.

The revision aligns with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members on the revised record date of September 09, 2025, will be entitled to receive the dividend.

The company will also communicate the updated date to BSE Limited, NSDL, CDSL, and the registrar and share transfer agent. This intimation is being uploaded on the company's website, www.isgec.com, for the information and record of stakeholders.
