IRB Infrastructure promoter pledges shares for personal loan

Sudha Dattatray Mhaiskar, a promoter of IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited, disclosed a pledge of 200,000 company shares on August 4, 2025. This transaction was executed in favor of Kotak Securities Limited for personal borrowing. The value of these shares on the date of the agreement was ₹9,080,000, against an amount involved of ₹10,000,000, resulting in a ratio of 0.09. This pledge contributes to the total promoter shareholding encumbrance exceeding 50% of the individual promoter's holdings.
