Inox Wind appoints Madhurima Sayan Das as independent director

Inox Wind Limited, in a filing dated September 4, 2025, announced the appointment of Madhurima Sayan Das as an independent director, effective September 5, 2025. Her initial one-year term is subject to the approval of the company's members.

Das brings over 30 years of experience in financial advisory services, specializing in mergers and acquisitions across various sectors including information technology, consumer, industrial, financial services, and media. Her extensive background encompasses fundraising, buy-side and sell-side advisory, business plan reviews, pricing analysis, transaction support, negotiations, and due diligence. She previously spent over 15 years with PwC Mumbai's Corporate Finance & Investment Banking team and founded Roebuck Consultancy Services Private Limited in 2013, offering M&A and advisory services.

Das holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. She is not related to any other directors of Inox Wind Limited and is not debarred from holding a directorship by any SEBI Order.
