ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund boosts stake in CMS Info Systems

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, through its various schemes, announced the acquisition of 495,633 equity shares of CMS Info Systems Ltd. on September 3, 2025. This transaction increased the fund's total shareholding in CMS Info Systems to 8,700,858 shares, pushing its ownership beyond the 5% threshold of the company's paid-up capital.

Prior to this acquisition, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund held 8,205,225 shares, representing 4.99% of the voting capital. The recent purchase of 0.30% of voting rights brings their total stake to 5.29%. The acquisition was conducted via the secondary market.

The company stated that this increase in holding is for investment purposes and does not aim for controlling interest. The total share capital of CMS Info Systems remains at ₹1,644,725,410, comprising 164,472,541 shares with a face value of ₹10 each.
