HUDCO adjusts final dividend record date to September 9

Housing & Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) announced a change in the record date for its final dividend payment. Originally set for Monday, September 8, 2025, the new record date is now Tuesday, September 9, 2025. This revision comes after requests from stock exchanges, following the Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) declaration of a clearing/settlement holiday on September 8, 2025.

The change pertains to the final dividend for the financial year 2024-25, which will determine member eligibility for payment. The annual general meeting (AGM) notice, dated August 22, 2025, also reflects this updated record date. The 55th AGM is scheduled for September 15, 2025.

If declared at the AGM, the final dividend on equity shares, as recommended by the board of directors, will be disbursed to eligible members within 30 days of its declaration.
