GTT Data Solutions appoints Pallabi Saboo as independent director

GTT Data Solutions Limited announced the appointment of Pallabi Saboo as an additional independent director, effective September 5, 2025. This decision was made by the board of directors via a resolution on the same date. Her term of appointment will span five years, subject to shareholder approval, and she is not related to any existing directors of the company.

Pallabi Saboo brings over 25 years of experience in founding and scaling complex organizations, demonstrating a 29% CAGR over two decades. She has successfully founded and exited four companies, led over 70 integrations, and completed more than 30 restructurings across diverse business categories. Her educational background includes an Advanced Management degree from Harvard Business School, an MBA from Virginia Tech, and a B.S. in Electronics Engineering.
