Go Fashion (India) shareholders approve all AGM resolutions

Go Fashion (India) Limited announced that all ten resolutions proposed at its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 4, 2025, were passed with the requisite majority. Key resolutions included the adoption of the Standalone Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, which received 99.9995% of votes in favor.

The re-appointment of Prakash Kumar Saraogi as a director and as managing director was approved with 99.9255% and 99.9644% of votes in favor, respectively. Srinivasan Sridhar's re-appointment as an independent director was passed with 99.9743% approval, and his remuneration received 93.9620% in favor. Dinesh Madanlal Gupta's re-appointment as an independent director was approved by 93.8778% of votes.

Rohini Manian's re-appointment as an independent director garnered 75.8317% of votes in favor, while Gautam Saraogi's re-appointment as executive director received 97.5585% approval. Vinod Kumar Saraogi's appointment as director (non-executive non-independent) was approved with 99.9256% of votes in favor. The appointment of Sridharan & Sridharan Associates as secretarial auditors received 93.9621% in favor.
