Global Vectra Helicorp schedules 27th annual general meeting for September

Global Vectra Helicorp Limited will hold its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted virtually, via Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means, in compliance with MCA and SEBI circulars. The Register of Members will be closed from September 28, 2025, to September 29, 2025, inclusive, for the purpose of the AGM.

Shareholders will participate in remote e-voting, which begins on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 09:00 AM IST and concludes on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at 05:00 PM IST. The agenda includes adopting the Audited Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet for the year ended March 31, 2025, and the re-appointment of Rati Rishi as a director. The company will also appoint M/s. Shobha Ambure & Associates as secretarial auditors for five consecutive years, from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, at a proposed fee of INR 60,000/- plus taxes and out-of-pocket expenses for FY 2026.
