Finolex Cables revises dividend record date for 57th AGM

Finolex Cables Limited has issued a revised notice for its 57th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 29, 2025. The revision corrects an inadvertent error in the record date for the financial year 2024-25 dividend payment. The initially stated record date of September 12, 2025, has been corrected to September 5, 2025.

The board of directors has recommended a dividend of 400%, or ₹8 per equity share of ₹2, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. If approved at the AGM, this dividend is proposed to be paid by October 28, 2025. The company emphasized that investors should ensure their shares are credited or transferred to their demat account before the September 5, 2025, record date to be eligible for the dividend.

The AGM will be conducted via Video Conference (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Shareholders will also vote on the re-appointment of Mr. Nikhil Naik as a non-executive director and the appointment of M/s. Jog Limaye & Associates as secretarial auditors for the period 2025-26 to 2029-30, and ratification of remuneration for cost auditors, M/s. Joshi Apte & Associates, for FY 2024-25 at ₹7,00,000.
