Divi's Laboratories announces general manager retirement

Divi's Laboratories Limited has informed the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited about the cessation of a senior management personnel, effective September 05, 2025. Y.S. Koteswara Rao, serving as general manager (P&A), will retire at the close of business hours on the aforementioned date, ceasing to be a senior management personnel of the company.

This change is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 November 11, 2024. The company has confirmed that there is no disclosure of relationships between directors in this context.
