DCW to hold 86th AGM, reports strong FY25 results

DCW Limited is set to hold its 86th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 12:00 noon (IST) via Video Conferencing. The company has released its annual report for the financial year 2024-25.

For FY25, DCW reported a 6.9% year-on-year increase in revenue from operations, reaching INR 20,003 million. Profit after tax more than doubled, surging by 93.0% to INR 303 million, up from INR 157 million in FY24. Diluted earnings per share also saw a substantial rise of 93.4%, reaching INR 1.03. The company’s EBITDA increased by 10.2% to INR 1,934 million, reflecting enhanced operational efficiency.

The specialty chemicals segment was a key growth driver, with revenue increasing by 43% to INR 5,257 million and EBITDA expanding by 39% to INR 1,856 million. Capacity utilization rates were strong at 86% for synthetic iron oxide pigments and 106% for chlorinated polyvinyl chloride. Basic chemicals revenue stood at INR 14,631 million. The company's net debt to EBITDA ratio improved to 0.97 times, and cash and equivalents increased to INR 2,151 million.
