Bondada Engineering board recommends final dividend, approves appointments

Bondada Engineering Limited's board of directors, at its meeting on Friday, September 5, 2025, approved the director's report and secretarial audit report for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The board also recommended the declaration of final dividends for FY 2024-25, with the record date set for Monday, September 22, 2025, to determine shareholder entitlements.

Key appointments included the reappointment of satyanarayana baratam as executive director and the appointment of kadim narayana kumar (retd IAS) as an independent director. The board further approved a revision in the remuneration of raghavendra rao bondada, chairman and managing director, and satyanarayana baratam, whole-time director and CFO.

Additionally, the board approved the appointment of cost, secretarial, and internal auditors for the financial year 2025-26 and proposed to members the approval of borrowing powers and creation of security under the Companies Act, 2013. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice will be sent via email to shareholders as of August 29, 2025.
