Birla Corp. revises dividend record date to September 9 due to RBI holiday

Birla Corporation Limited has revised the record date for its 2024-25 dividend payment from September 8, 2025, to September 9, 2025. This change follows a clearing/settlement holiday declared by the RBI on September 8, 2025, and subsequent directions from the NSE and BSE. The company's 105th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Monday, September 15, 2025.

A corrigendum addressing this change has been electronically issued to shareholders and is available on the company's website, birlacorporation.com, as well as on the e-voting service provider CDSL's website, evotingindia.com. This corrigendum becomes an integral part of the AGM notice dated May 9, 2025, and the Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25.

All other aspects of the 105th AGM notice and Annual Report remain unchanged. The updated record date will determine the entitlement of members to the dividend for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025.
