Benares Hotels Limited (BHL) has announced a malware incident affecting some of its IT systems. The company stated that immediate action was taken to contain the impact and secure the compromised systems. Relevant authorities have been duly notified about the incident.

The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. BHL confirmed that it is continuing to monitor the situation closely while its business operations proceed as usual.
