Ayushi Doshi increases stake in Shalibhadra Finance

Ayushi Doshi has disclosed an increase in her shareholding in Shalibhadra Finance Limited, pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The acquisition was executed on September 4, 2025, through an Open Market transaction on the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Before this acquisition, Doshi held 161,166 shares, representing 0.52% of the total share/voting capital. The latest transaction involved the acquisition of 33,500 additional shares, which constitutes 0.11% of the company's equity.

Following the acquisition, Ayushi Doshi’s total holding in Shalibhadra Finance Limited stands at 194,666 shares, increasing her stake to 0.63% of the total diluted share/voting capital.
