Aurionpro Solutions announces dividend record date and AGM plans

Aurionpro Solutions Limited announced its 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Monday, September 29, 2025, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. This complies with relevant regulatory circulars.

The company has set Monday, September 22, 2025, as the record date for determining the eligibility of equity shareholders for the final dividend for the financial year 2024-25. This date also serves as the record date for the purpose of the AGM.

The board of directors, in a meeting held on May 13, 2025, recommended a final dividend of Rs.3/- (30%) per equity share on a face value of Rs.10/- each, fully paid up, for FY 2024-25. If approved by shareholders at the AGM, the dividend will be paid or dispatched within 30 days from the date of such approval.
