Arihant Superstructures to hold 42nd AGM, proposes final dividend

Arihant Superstructures Limited announced its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. (IST) in Navi Mumbai. The AGM will address the adoption of the audited financial statements for fiscal year 2024-25, including the re-appointment of Parth Chhajer as director by rotation, and a proposed final dividend of INR 1.50 per equity share.

The company will also seek approval for the re-appointment of Nimish Shah as whole-time director and his remuneration, alongside the appointment of M/s N L Bhatia & Associates as secretarial auditors. Shareholders will also vote on proposed material related party transactions for FY 2025-26. The record date for dividend payment and to ascertain eligible voters for e-voting is September 19, 2025, with e-voting commencing on September 24, 2025, and concluding on September 26, 2025.

In FY 2024-25, Arihant Superstructures reported a slight decline in revenue to INR 499 Crore, from INR 510 Crore in FY 2023-24, with net profit after tax decreasing to INR 54.7 Crore from INR 69.22 Crore. Despite this, the company achieved a significant increase in its gross development value to INR 12,500 Crore and continues to focus on Navi Mumbai, with ongoing projects including World Villas and Arihant 7 Anaika.
