Ahluwalia Contracts reports strong turnover, employee growth for fiscal year 2024-25

Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited reported a turnover of INR 4,09,862.31 Lakhs and a net worth of INR 1,77,327.07 Lakhs for the fiscal year 2024-25. The company also announced achieving a turnover target of INR 4100 Crores for the same period and aims for INR 28000 Crores in gross work orders by the end of 2026.

The company's total employee count reached 3,325 in FY 2024-25, up from 2,995 in FY 2023-24. Workers, excluding permanent staff, increased significantly to 16,969 from 16,359 in the previous fiscal year. In terms of remuneration, male board of directors had a median remuneration of INR 14,22,5000, while female employees other than BOD and KMP had a median remuneration of INR 45431.

Ahluwalia Contracts remains committed to sustainability, with 73.87% of R&D and capital expenditure directed towards environmental and social improvements, up from 68.66% in the previous year. The company's total energy consumption was 238,505.43 GJ in FY 2024-25, a substantial increase from 2,764.15 GJ in FY 2023-24, reflecting increased operations. Water withdrawal by source also saw a significant increase.
