Veritas (India) recommends dividend after revenue and profit growth

Veritas (India) Limited reported standalone revenue from operations of INR 32,314.09 lakhs for the financial year 2024-25, a 32% increase from INR 24,532.48 lakhs in the previous year. The company’s standalone profit after tax rose by 15% to INR 433.88 lakhs from INR 377.27 lakhs.

On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations reached INR 4,09,904.68 lakhs, up from INR 3,85,453.46 lakhs in FY 2023-24, although consolidated profit after tax decreased to INR 11,355.89 lakhs from INR 18,685.14 lakhs.

The board of directors has recommended a dividend of INR 0.05 per equity share for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
