TTK Prestige settles long-term agreement with Gujarat factory workers

TTK Prestige Limited announced on September 4, 2025, the successful conclusion of a long-term settlement with its permanent workmen at the Karjan, Gujarat manufacturing unit. This agreement aims to improve productivity within the facility, correlating with increased benefits provided to the workers.

The settlement was disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Manjula K V, company secretary & compliance officer, digitally signed the announcement.
