TechNVision Ventures to hold 45th annual general meeting in September

TechNVision Ventures Limited's board of directors has set Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM, for its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OVAM). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books for equity shares will be closed from Tuesday, September 23, 2025, to Tuesday, September 30, 2025, for the purpose of the AGM.

The company's board also approved the directors' report for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. M/s. JRA & Associates LLP., practising company secretaries, have been appointed as scrutinizers for the remote e-voting facility provided for the 45th AGM. The e-voting period is scheduled to commence on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 09:00 AM and conclude on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 5:00 PM.

Additionally, the board recommended the adoption of new Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) for member approval at the upcoming AGM. Related party transaction limits with Tiebeam Technologies India Private Limited were also approved, subject to member consent.
