Surana Solar reappoints independent directors for five-year terms

Surana Solar Limited's board of directors, at a meeting on September 03, 2025, approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Sanjana Jain and Mr. N Krupakar Reddy as non-executive independent directors. Mrs. Jain's second five-year term will run from September 29, 2025, to September 28, 2030, while Mr. Reddy's term is set from June 08, 2026, to June 07, 2031. These re-appointments are contingent on shareholder approval and follow the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Both directors have confirmed their independence as per Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 16 of the Listing Regulations, and have not been debarred from holding directorial office. Mrs. Sanjana Jain, a qualified company secretary, brings expertise in corporate laws, while Mr. N Krupakar Reddy, with a bachelor's degree in chemistry, offers over 35 years of experience in the telecom cables and copper industry.
