Satidham Industries ups stake in Sarla Performance Fibers

Satidham Industries Private Limited, a promoter group entity, has acquired an additional 3,000 equity shares of Sarla Performance Fibers Limited. This transaction, executed on September 2, 2025, through the open market, represents a 0.0036% increase in ownership.

Prior to this acquisition, Satidham Industries and its promoter group held 47,509,166 shares, equating to a 56.8951% stake in Sarla Performance Fibers. Following the acquisition, their total holding now stands at 47,512,166 shares, raising their stake to 56.8987% of the total voting capital.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
