Sansera Engineering to hold 43rd AGM, proposes dividend of ₹3.25

Sansera Engineering Limited announced its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM (IST) via video conferencing. The company’s board of directors has recommended a dividend of ₹3.25 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25, which will be paid to eligible shareholders if approved at the AGM. The record date for determining eligible shareholders for the dividend and voting rights is Friday, September 19, 2025. The register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from Saturday, September 20, 2025, to Friday, September 26, 2025 (both days inclusive).

The company achieved a 7% year-on-year revenue increase to ₹30,168m and a 16% rise in profit after tax (PAT) to ₹2,169m for FY 2024-25. This performance is supported by strategic diversification into high-potential non-automotive sectors, including aerospace, defense, and semiconductors.
