RattanIndia power reports strong FY25 results, announces AGM

RattanIndia Power Limited achieved a successful financial year in 2025, marked by an annual plant availability (PAF) of 82% and a Plant Load Factor (PLF) of 78%. The company reported a total income of ₹3,677 crore, with revenue from operations at ₹3,283.83 crore, primarily driven by power generation and sale of surplus uncontracted power in the Indian Energy Exchange. Profit before tax stood at ₹221.92 crore.

The company will hold its 18th Annual General Meeting on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 03:00 P.M. (IST) via Video Conferencing. Key agenda items include the adoption of standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY25 and the re-appointment of Himanshu Mathur as a director. Additionally, approval for the remuneration of Ajay Kumar Tandon as an independent director and the appointment of Ravi Kumar Pakalapati as a whole time director will be sought.

Remote e-voting for eligible members will commence on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. and conclude on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. The Register of Members will remain closed from September 20, 2025, to September 26, 2025.
