Peterhouse Investments reduces stake in Usha Martin

Peterhouse Investments India Ltd, an entity classified as an acquirer and promoter group, has disclosed a reduction in its stake in Usha Martin Limited. The transactions, which took place on September 1 and September 2, 2025, involved the sale of 135,000 equity shares through the open market via the National Stock Exchange.

Prior to these sales, Peterhouse Investments held 5,816,529 equity shares, representing 1.90% of Usha Martin's total share/voting capital. Following the disposal of shares, the holding decreased to 5,681,529 equity shares, reducing the stake to 1.86% of the company's total share/voting capital.

The total diluted share/voting capital of Usha Martin Limited before and after the sale remained at 30,47,41,780. The 0.04% reduction in Peterhouse Investments’ holding reflects this recent open market activity.
