Megasoft announces AGM, strategic asset sales, and amalgamation

Megasoft Limited has announced its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 10:00 A.M (IST) via Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means. The meeting will cover the adoption of financial statements for FY 2024-25, the re-appointment of Sunil Kumar Kalidindi as director, and the appointment of Branch Auditors. In a significant update, Megasoft executed the sale of its share in a Hyderabad property on April 4, 2025, for INR 400,39,17,061. Concurrently, on July 1, 2025, the board approved the sale of its 36.52% holding in Extrovis AG, Switzerland, for $15,000,000, with shareholder approval received on August 6, 2025.

Additionally, the company’s scheme of amalgamation with Sigma Advanced Systems Private Limited was approved by the board on October 18, 2024, and by shareholders on August 30, 2025. The company recorded a standalone profit of INR 847.51 lakhs for FY 2024-25, compared to INR 756.06 lakhs in FY 2023-24, while consolidated loss was INR (2,993.74) lakhs.
