Ksolves India reappoints directors, schedules annual general meeting

Ksolves India Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on September 4, 2025, approved the re-appointment of two non-executive, independent directors. Ms. Varsha Choudhry will be re-appointed effective March 1, 2026, for a five-year term. Similarly, Mr. Varun Sharma's re-appointment will take effect from April 26, 2026, also for a five-year period. Both re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The company further announced that its Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025. The official notice for this meeting will be dispatched in due course.
