Kerala Ayurveda schedules 33rd AGM, integrated annual report available

Kerala Ayurveda Limited announced its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 12:00 noon (IST) via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The Integrated Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25, along with the Notice of the 33rd AGM and other statutory reports, have been dispatched electronically to registered shareholders.

The Annual Report and other relevant documents are available on the company's website and on the Bombay Stock Exchange website. Shareholders not registered for email have been sent a letter with a weblink to access these documents.

CDSL has been appointed as the e-voting agency for the AGM, with remote e-voting commencing on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. (IST) and concluding on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. (IST). The cut-off date for determining voting eligibility is Friday, September 19, 2025.
