Jindal Power increases stake in Jindal Steel

Jindal Power Limited, along with its persons acting in concert (PAC), acquired 88,124 equity shares of Jindal Steel Limited (formerly Jindal Steel & Power Limited) on August 29, 2025, via an open market transaction.

This transaction has increased Jindal Power's total shareholding in Jindal Steel Limited.
