Inox Wind highlights strong sustainability and financial performance in FY25 report

Inox Wind Limited, a leading manufacturer of wind turbine generators, has released its Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report for the financial year 2024-25, emphasizing its continued focus on ESG principles. The report details the company's operational activities, including the manufacturing of wind turbine generators and the sale of services, which account for 95% and 5% of its turnover, respectively. The company reported a turnover of ₹34,98,74.04 Lakhs and a net worth of ₹4,51,940.74 Lakhs.

The company demonstrated its commitment to its employees and workers with 100% coverage for health and accident insurance for permanent staff and over 80% for workers. Total employees for FY 2024-25 stood at 506, with 1,450 workers. Median remuneration for employees was ₹5,04,553 and for workers was ₹2,31,653. The company incurred 0.004% of its total revenue on employee wellbeing measures.

Inox Wind also highlighted its environmental initiatives, reporting total energy consumption from non-renewable sources at 4,242 Giga Joules and an energy intensity of 4.52 per rupee of turnover for FY 2024-25. Water withdrawal totaled 43,590 kilolitres, with 6,768 kilolitres discharged.
