Gretex Corporate Services moves to BSE mainboard

Gretex Corporate Services Limited announced on September 4, 2025, that it has secured listing and trading approval from the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) for the migration of its equity shares. Effective September 4, 2025, the company's shares will begin trading on the BSE Mainboard Platform, moving from the SME Platform.

This migration follows the acknowledgment of documents by BSE dated August 4, 2025, with the official notice for trading members issued on September 3, 2025. As a result of this transition, Gretex Corporate Services Limited will now be subject to all provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, including corporate governance provisions, from the initial trading date on the Mainboard.

The company is advised to use new code numbers for its securities in all future correspondence with the exchange regarding matters such as record dates, dividends, and other corporate actions. All corporate compliances and filings will now be submitted via the online listing portal.
