GOCL extends timeline for Kukatpally land monetization

GOCL Corporation Limited announced on September 4, 2025, an update regarding the monetization of its land at Kukatpally, Hyderabad. The company initially anticipated completing the monetization of the entire land within approximately 18 months from a previous communication dated March 27, 2024.

Currently, GOCL has successfully monetized about 142 acres out of a total of 264.50 acres. By mutual agreement with Squarespace Builders Private Limited, the timeline for the sale of the remaining land has been extended. The new target for completion of the balance land sale is now August 2026.
