Ganesha Ecosphere sets AGM and dividend payment dates

Ganesha Ecosphere Limited has announced its book closure dates and dividend payment schedule, in line with regulations. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from Sunday, September 21, 2025, to Saturday, September 27, 2025, coinciding with the Annual General Meeting on Saturday, September 27, 2025.

The book closure is set to determine the eligibility of members to receive dividends declared at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Equity dividends, if approved, will be disbursed to members whose names appear in the register of members or beneficial owners as of the close of business hours on Saturday, September 20, 2025.

Approved dividends will be payable on or after October 1, 2025. This intimation was communicated by Bharat Kumar Sajnani, company secretary-cum-compliance officer, on September 4, 2025, to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
