Clean Science and Technology to appoint two independent directors

Clean Science and Technology Limited announced its intention to appoint two additional independent directors to its board, a move aimed at balancing diversity and strengthening long-term strategic planning. The company's management has decided to recommend these appointments to the nomination and remuneration committee.

The nomination and remuneration committee is scheduled to consider these recommendations during its upcoming meeting in November 2025. Following this, the proposed appointments will require approval from the company's members through special resolutions before the directors are formally inducted onto the board. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and was addressed to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
