Balu Forge sets record date for FY 2024-25 final dividend

Balu Forge Industries Ltd. announced on September 4, 2025, that its board of directors has set Friday, September 19, 2025, as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for the final dividend for the financial year 2024-25. This decision aligns with Regulation 42(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The final dividend, if approved by shareholders at the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 29, 2025, will be paid or dispatched within the statutory timeframe following the approval date. This intimation was sent to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
