Balu Forge appoints new secretarial auditor, schedules AGM for September

Balu Forge Industries Limited's board of directors, meeting on Thursday, September 04, 2025, approved the appointment of M/s. Prachi Bansal and Associates as secretarial auditors for five consecutive years, from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. This appointment, with Firm Registration No. 12020HR2093500 and Peer Review No. 3702/2023, is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing annual general meeting.

The company's 36th annual general meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2024-25 is scheduled for Monday, September 29, 2025, at 02:30 pm (IST), conducted virtually via video conferencing/other audio visual means.
