AXISCADES subsidiary secures key pilot contracts with hyperscalers

AXISCADES Technologies Limited announced that its subsidiary, Mistral Solutions Private Limited, has secured two pilot contracts with leading hyperscalers. These contracts, estimated at approximately $1 million, involve developing production line testing equipment for global contract manufacturers supporting one hyperscaler, and creating development test apparatus for audio products for another. This initiative is supported by a commitment to build world-class infrastructure in Bangalore, including an Acoustic Lab and a 3D-printed PCB prototype facility, alongside establishing a front-end engineering team in the United States.

The deals represent a strategic move for AXISCADES’ ESAI division to ascend the value chain into design-to-build contracts, offering both annuity revenue and exponential growth prospects. The design and development phase for these contracts is anticipated to span 6-18 months. AXISCADES also stated that these are international contracts and neither the promoter, promoter group, nor group companies have any interest in the entities that awarded the orders, confirming no related-party transactions.
