Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels sets dividend record date for 2024-25

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited has set Friday, September 19, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend for the financial year 2024-25. This follows the board of directors' recommendation on May 26, 2025, to pay a final dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per fully paid-up equity share of face value Rs. 1/- each, pending approval from shareholders at the 37th Annual General Meeting.
