Vishnu Prakash R Punglia board approves auditor, reappoints key directors

On September 03, 2025, Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Limited's board of directors concluded their meeting by approving several key proposals. The board recommended the appointment of GMJ & Associates, Company Secretaries, as the secretarial auditor for five consecutive years, from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, the board recommended the retainment of Mr. Vishnu Prakash Punglia as chairperson and whole time director, and the re-appointment of Mr. Manohar Lal Punglia as managing director for a five-year term commencing March 14, 2026. Mr. Vishnu Prakash Punglia, aged 69, has 38 years of experience in water supply projects, while Mr. Manohar Lal Punglia, aged 52, brings over three decades of experience in construction and EPC business.

The board also approved the director's report, along with its annexures, for the financial year 2024-25. The 12th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 29, 2025, at 12:30 PM, to be held via video conferencing or other audio visual means.
