Vardhman Textiles allots shares under ESOP 2024

Vardhman Textiles Limited announced on September 3, 2025, the allotment of 500 equity shares to an eligible employee. This follows the employee exercising stock options under the "Vardhman Textiles Limited Employee Stock Option Plan, 2024."

The shares, each with a face value of Rs. 2/-, were allotted following a Committee of Directors (ESOP Plan 2024) meeting held on the same day. The allotted shares will rank pari passu with the company's existing equity shares in all respects.
