Tarun Chaturvedi unpledges significant Twamev Construction shares

As of September 1, 2025, Tarun Chaturvedi, a promoter of Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Limited (formerly known as Tantia Constructions Limited), has released a pledge of 9.5 million equity shares. These shares, valued at INR 24,01,60,000, were previously encumbered in favor of Jaswik Traders Private Limited to secure working capital.

This release represents 6.13% of the total share and voting capital, reducing the promoter's encumbered shares from 16.0 million to 6.5 million. Consequently, the percentage of pledged shares now stands at 4.19% of the total share and voting capital. This transaction alters Chaturvedi's total holding in the company from 93,21,156 shares (6.01%) before the release to 1,88,21,156 shares (12.14%) after the release, which includes both unencumbered and remaining encumbered shares.

The disclosure was made in compliance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and was reported to both the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The total equity share capital of Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Limited is 15,50,00,000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
