Shree Pushkar forms new marketing subsidiary, Dyecol Color Technologies

Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd. has incorporated Dyecol Color Technologies Private Limited (DCTPL) as a wholly owned subsidiary in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Certificate of Incorporation was received on September 3, 2025, following the Board of Directors' approval on May 16, 2025, to establish a marketing arm for the Dyes and Dyes Intermediates Business.

Shree Pushkar will be the holding entity for DCTPL, which will function as a related party. The company will initially subscribe to 10,000 equity shares, each with a face value of INR 10, totaling an initial investment of INR 1,00,000, giving Shree Pushkar 100% ownership of DCTPL's share capital.

The incorporation aligns with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
