Ravindra Energy to hold 45th AGM, discuss QIP and executive remuneration

Ravindra Energy Limited announced its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 12:00 Noon (IST) via video conferencing. The AGM will present the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, showing a standalone revenue from operations of INR 1,881.25 million and a consolidated revenue of INR 2,504.22 million. The company recorded a standalone profit after tax of INR 246.15 million and a consolidated profit of INR 218.11 million.

Key agenda items include the re-appointment of Mr. Narendra Murkumbi and Mr. Sidram Meleppa Kaluti as directors, and the ratification of remuneration for cost auditors. The company also seeks approval for upward revisions in remuneration limits for Dr. Vidya Murkumbi (executive chairperson) to INR 3.00 crores per annum and Mr. Shantanu Lath (chief executive officer) to INR 3.00 crores per annum, effective October 1, 2025.

Additionally, shareholders will consider a special resolution for issuing and allotting securities through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) for an aggregate amount up to INR 500 crores, to fund organic and inorganic growth opportunities, capital expenditure, and general corporate purposes.
