Prime Focus reclassifies Monsoon Studio from promoter to public category

Prime Focus Limited announced on September 3, 2025, that it has received "no-objection" letters from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. These letters approve the reclassification of Monsoon Studio Private Limited (MSPL) from the "Promoter Group" category to the "Public" category, under Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The reclassification follows MSPL's request, disclosed on August 13 and 14, 2025, and subsequent applications filed by Prime Focus Limited. As a result, MSPL has ceased to be a member of the "Promoter/Promoter Group" category for the company.

The approvals from both stock exchanges were issued on September 2, 2025.
