Prestige subsidiary receives tax show cause notice for ₹160.82 crore GST demand

Prestige Office Ventures, a subsidiary of Prestige Estates Projects Limited, received a show cause notice on September 2, 2025, from the Directorate General of Goods & Services Tax Intelligence, Hyderabad. The notice alleges non-payment or short-payment of Goods & Services Tax and non-reversal of Input Tax Credit between February 2020 and March 2024.
