Parsvnath Developers reports narrowing loss for FY2025 amid ongoing litigation

Parsvnath Developers reported a standalone net loss of INR 13,912.73 lakhs for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, a significant decrease from the INR 42,241.07 lakhs loss in the previous year. Total standalone income for the year reached INR 12,524.43 lakhs, down from INR 31,889.24 lakhs in FY2024.

Consolidated net loss for the year stood at INR 34,729.94 lakhs, compared to INR 59,415.20 lakhs in the prior year, with consolidated total income at INR 30,345.89 lakhs versus INR 49,372.18 lakhs in FY2024. The board did not recommend a dividend for the financial year 2024-25.

The company's board of directors appointed M/s VKC & Associates as secretarial auditor for five consecutive years (FY2025-26 to FY2029-30). Ongoing litigations, primarily with DMRC and PSIEC, continue to impact financial outcomes. The management maintains a favorable outlook on recovering significant intangible assets under development, though the audit report included qualified opinions highlighting uncertainties regarding the recoverability of substantial amounts tied to these disputes.
