Maruti Suzuki launches Victoris SUV with advanced features, hybrid options

Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) announced the launch of its new SUV, the Victoris, on September 3, 2025. This new vehicle is equipped with an 8-speaker Premium Sound Experience by Harman, a 25.65cm (10.1”) SmartPlay Pro X touchscreen infotainment system, and Level 2 ADAS with six airbags, offering comprehensive safety and intelligent features. The Victoris also includes a segment-first underbody CNG fuel tank design.

The Victoris is available with multiple powertrain options, including a Strong Hybrid with EV mode, ALLGRIP Select (4x4), and a 1.5 litre K15C petrol engine with Smart Hybrid. Customers can pre-book the All-New Victoris starting today for ₹ 11,000. Maruti Suzuki states that the Victoris is designed to appeal to the "new-age Indian customer" with its advanced technology, sleek design, and environmentally friendly powertrains.

Key technical specifications include an overall length of 4360mm and a wheelbase of 2600mm. The 1.5L Dual Jet Dual VVT Engine offers 75.8kW (103.06PS) max power and 139Nm max torque, with fuel efficiencies ranging up to 27.02 km/kg for the MT S-CNG variant. The Strong Hybrid variant achieves 68kW (92.45PS) max power and a fuel efficiency of 28.65(eCVT) km/l.
