Madhuveer Com 18 Network names new auditors and secretary

Madhuveer Com 18 Network Limited announced the appointment of Rupal Patel as the practicing company secretary and secretarial auditor for the financial year 2025-26, effective September 3, 2025. This appointment aims to comply with Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 24A under SEBI (LODR) Amendment Regulations, 2015. Patel, a member of the ICSI, brings over 20 years of experience in corporate law.

The company also appointed M/s. Shah Sanghvi & Associates as the statutory auditors for a five-year period, replacing the retiring auditors, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM). M/s. Shah Sanghvi & Associates, a firm of practicing chartered accountants, specializes in auditing, compliance, and transaction tax advisory with over seven years of experience.

The 29th annual general meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 29, 2025, at 03:00 p.m. (IST) via video conferencing, where shareholders will consider and approve the director's report for the year ended March 31, 2025, and other agenda items. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 23, 2025, to September 29, 2025.
